11/19/2019 - A little something to keep from going crazy - the 1000 pull-up challenge, reps between 1-3 done several times a day.  Curious to see how long it will take.  PT said it was ok to do pull-ups, not sure she understood how many I aim to do.  Makes it feel almost subversive.
